A significant part of our work takes place outside the public market.

Through direct owner relationships, private networks and selected partners, ROYA D’OR sources opportunities that are not publicly advertised.

Access is selectively provided to suitable parties depending on the asset, transaction stage and confidentiality requirements. Where appropriate, information may be shared following qualification, NDA / NCNDA execution or a formal expression of interest.

3. Recipients and processors

Your data is used only by ROYA D’OR. We use the following service providers on the basis of data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR:

Property or profile data is shared with third parties (for example potential buyers or sellers) only where necessary for a transaction and only after consultation with you.

4. Transfers to third countries

Resend is based in the USA, and Google may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers take place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and, where the recipient is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).

5. Storage period

Data is deleted earlier if you request it and no statutory retention obligation applies.

6. WhatsApp and social networks

The WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram buttons are plain links. Nothing is loaded from these services until you click them. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) under its own privacy terms; please do not send confidential documents via WhatsApp. When you visit our LinkedIn or Instagram profiles, the privacy policies of those platforms apply.

7. Concierge, cookies and tracking

The on-site concierge is an automated guide that runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing. This website uses no analytics, no marketing pixels, no external fonts and no cookies; only your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser (see Cookie Policy).

8. Security

Encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), server-side validation, non-public storage of submissions and documents with access restricted to authorised persons, file-type and size checks, rate limiting and automated spam protection.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21).
